The second limited edition of the new standard "Hop Frontier" beer, "Far Yeast Hop Frontier -New England IPA-," adds sweetness and body to the beer and will be released on Tuesday, February 1st.

Far Yeast Brewing will release "Far Yeast Hop Frontier -New England IPA-" as a limited special version of its new standard beer "Far Yeast Hop Frontier -Juicy IPA-" (hereinafter "Hop Frontier") on Tuesday, February 1, 2022.

■ "Hop Frontier" maximizes hop aroma with a scientific approach

Hop Frontier, which was one of the first in Japan to put the latest hop theory and advanced brewing techniques into practice and maximizes the aromatic components of hops through a scientific approach, was added to Far Yeast Brewing's regular beer lineup in July 2021 and began brewing and selling year-round.

We focus on survivables, which are components that are not lost during the brewing process and are said to have a strong aromatic impact in the finished beer. We are exploring brewing methods that effectively extract these aromatic components and are challenging ourselves to maximize the aroma of hops.

■ Maintains a vivid aroma while emphasizing sweetness and mouthfeel

As a limited edition of "Hop Frontier," we released " Far Yeast Hop Frontier -New World IPA- " in December 2021, which uses Oceanian hops .
The second release, "Far Yeast Hop Frontier -New England IPA-," focuses on beer yeast. A yeast with a lower fermentation rate than the original "Hop Frontier" is used to emphasize the sweetness. The increased alcohol content gives the malt a full body.
This experimental limited edition beer retains the fruity and tropical aroma of Hop Frontier, but emphasizes sweetness and mouthfeel compared to the dry original. Compare it to the original and you can enjoy the difference in flavor due to the yeast.

"Far Yeast Hop Frontier -New England IPA-" will be available nationwide from Tuesday, February 1st. Pre-orders will begin on our online store from 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 25th (shipments will begin sequentially from Friday, January 28th).

Our directly managed stores, "Far Yeast Tokyo Brewery & Grill" in Tokyo and "BEERHOLIC" in Fukuoka, will be offering a tasting set of three beers, "Hop Frontier" and two limited edition beers, from Tuesday, February 1st (while supplies last). A three-bottle set that allows you to enjoy all three beers at the same time will also be sold on our online store.
