Far Yeast Brewing will release two beers perfect for the Christmas season as the seventh installment of the "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT" on Thursday, December 9th: " Night Watch Project Merry Christmas Belgian Hazy IPA " and " Night Watch Project Strawberry Chocolate Cake Belgian Hazy IPA . " 
The "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT" is a project launched at the end of 2019 by a group of craft beer-loving professionals from various fields, including brewers, fashion, graphic designers, and architectural designers.
The seventh installment of the series features two sweet beers perfect for savoring on a relaxing Christmas night: " NIGHT WATCH PROJECT Merry Christmas Belgian Hazy IPA " and " NIGHT WATCH PROJECT Strawberry Chocolate Cake Belgian Hazy IPA ." Like the previous releases, they are based on Milkshake IPA*, which has a rich mouthfeel and the sweetness of lactose.
This time, we've increased the amount of lactose to enhance the sweetness, resulting in a flavor that stands up to spices and chocolate. Hops include Idaho 7, which offers a fruity aroma, and CRYO POP™, a blend developed specifically for hazy IPAs , on the hot side. We've emphasized tropical, citrus, and stone fruit aromas, aiming for a juicy flavor. This is the first time we've used Belgian yeast in this series, allowing you to enjoy the sweet, melon-like ester aroma.
*Milkshake IPA:
This IPA-based beer is made with lactose added, and has the bitterness of an IPA, plus a sweet taste, and a creamy mouthfeel with aromas of tropical fruit and vanilla.

" NIGHT WATCH PROJECT Merry Christmas Belgian Hazy IPA " is inspired by traditional Belgian Christmas beers and uses spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Christmas beers are beers with a high alcohol content to warm the body during the harsh winter and various spices added to allow for a long shelf life. The moment you open the can, you'll be greeted by the spicy, sweet aroma of cinnamon. On the palate, the lemon-like aroma of cardamom and the spicy notes of cloves create an exquisite balance that enhances the sweetness of the base beer. As you sip, the temperature rises and the aroma of spices becomes more pronounced. This is a beer with a comforting, warming flavor for a cold night. It's a perfect after-dinner drink to replace dessert, or to enjoy slowly with a spicy meal.
■ Strawberry Chocolate Cake Belgian Hazy IPA , inspired by the classic Christmas cake Buche de Noel. NIGHT WATCH PROJECT Strawberry Chocolate Cake Belgian Hazy IPA uses plenty of strawberry puree and chocolate flavoring, and is inspired by the classic Christmas cake, Buche de Noel. With a sweet aroma like chocolate cream and the sweet and sour taste of strawberries that spreads in your mouth when you put it in your mouth, it tastes just like drinking a Buche de Noel. Adding a little dark rum can also be enjoyed as a genuine adult sweet. It is the perfect dessert for Christmas dinner or as a party drink.
" NIGHT WATCH PROJECT Merry Christmas Belgian Hazy IPA " and " NIGHT WATCH PROJECT Strawberry Chocolate Cake Belgian Hazy IPA " will be available nationwide from Thursday, December 9th.
