"NIGHT WATCH PROJECT" 3rd release: Two melting hazy IPAs recommended for relaxing: "DAB CBD Hazy IPA" and "Peach Milk Parfait" released simultaneously on May 28th (Friday)
Far Yeast Brewing Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kosuge Village, Yamanashi Prefecture; CEO: Shiro Yamada), a craft beer maker that distributes original Japanese beers around the world , will begin general release of the third installment of its "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT" brand, "DAB CBD Hazy IPA" and "Peach Milk Parfait," on Friday, May 28th.
Based on the concept of "craft beer x creativity x entertainment," Far Yeast Brewing is in charge of brewing beers that will surprise, inspire, and entertain. Their first beer, "BIRTHDAY GREETING HAZY IPA," won second place in the IPA category at the JAPAN BREWERS CUP 2020 in January 2020.
The third releases, "CBD Hazy IPA" and "Peach Milk Parfait," are "Hazy IPA*" beers that are characterized by their melting mouthfeel, made with an abundance of hops and lactose.
There are two types of beers: "DAB CBD Hazy IPA," which uses CBD ( cannabidiol ), a compound that has become a huge hit in the American beauty and health industry in recent years, and "Peach Milk Parfait," which has a pleasant peach aroma among the hop aroma. Both are perfect for relaxing, and each offers a unique flavor to enjoy.
*Hazy IPA:
This style is defined as "Juicy or Hazy India Pale Ale" in the American Brewers Association's Beer Style Guidelines. As the name suggests, it focuses on bringing out the "juicy flavor" of hops and is characterized by its cloudy appearance.
Although it's a new beer style defined in 2018, it's popular among craft beer enthusiasts and is currently one of the most talked-about styles. It's also sometimes called New England IPA (NEIPA) or Milkshake IPA.
