To commemorate the release of the second batch of "Far Yeast Hop Frontier-Juicy IPA- (hereinafter referred to as Hop Frontier)," we will be holding an online event on Thursday, April 29, 2021 (national holiday) where you can enjoy food pairings with "Hop Frontier."
Hop Frontier is a new product that pioneered the latest hop theory and advanced brewing techniques in Japan, pushing the boundaries of the trendy Juicy IPA. Using a scientific approach, Hop Frontier maximizes the aromatic components of hops, resulting in a Juicy IPA bursting with fruity and tropical aromas.

At this event, the head chef of the Gotanda store "Far Yeast Tokyo Brewery & Grill" will introduce food pairing recipes that will allow you to enjoy the aroma of "Hop Frontier" to the fullest.
The event will allow participants to enjoy the pairing of beer and food while cooking together online. The event will also introduce the concept of "Hop Frontier" and key points for pairing.
We will also be joined by Wada Yoshi of fermentbooks, who edited the Japanese translation of the book "The Complete Guide to Food Pairing: The Science of Cooking with Aroma."
Participation is free, and participants will receive a bottle of Hop Frontier and a food pairing recipe prior to the event.
Additionally, in conjunction with the event, Far Yeast Tokyo Brewery & Grill, a directly managed store in Gotanda, will be offering a pairing menu developed for this event from dinner time on Friday, April 23rd. Please come and enjoy the aroma-focused beer and food at the store.
The "Hop Frontier" pairing menu will be available until the end of May.
