West Coast Brewingとのコラボビール「Traverse」Offtrailから発売決定

Offtrail to release "Traverse," a collaboration beer with West Coast Brewing

Far Yeast Brewing (FYB) will be brewing a limited edition collaborative beer called "Traverse" with West Coast Brewing (WCB), an up-and-coming brewery in Shizuoka. The beer will be available for purchase on their online store from 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 28th.

This time, FYB's Offtrail project team and the WCB hop heads have teamed up.
This July, the WCB team visited Genryu Brewery in Yamanashi. They blended several carefully selected barrel-aged beers and dry-hopped them with the finest hops brought by WCB. This special brew makes the most of the beautiful aromas of tangerine and tropical fruit from the hops, as well as the deep flavor that only barrel-aging can provide.

The ingredients for this beer come from all over the world, including hops from New Zealand, malt from Belgium and Germany, yeast from the United States, and barrels from France. The name "Traverse" evokes the long journey the beer has taken. "Traverse" is released under the Offtrail brand. The FYB online store will begin accepting orders for 750ml bottles on Wednesday, October 28th, with shipments starting Thursday, November 12th.

Additionally, WCB will be releasing a collaboration beer with FYB, "Yeast meets West," on Thursday, October 22nd. This pilsner uses cedar from Kosuge Village. It can be purchased on WCB's official online store https://wcbshizuoka.stores.jp/ and elsewhere. Please enjoy both beers together.
