夢の共演! クワトロコラボビールの「Hop Scrum IPA」を発売

A dream collaboration! Quattro collaboration beer "Hop Scrum IPA" released

Far Yeast Brewing (hereafter referred to as "our company") is releasing "Hop Scrum IPA," a quattro collaboration between 2SP, Burley Oak, and Watering Hole. The idea behind this collaboration was to create a different style of IPA using the same name and hops, but ours has chosen to go with a session IPA style.

This collaboration began when Junnosuke Nakamura, president of Five Good Co., Ltd., the importer of 2SP and Burley Oak, and Mike Contreras, director of 2SP, were both members of the same rugby team. Our CEO, Yamada, and the owner of Burley Oak are also rugby players, so they decided to collaborate and create a rugby-themed beer together, and watch the games together.

We use three types of hops: Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and Falconer's Flight, which give the brewer a rich aroma. The beer boasts the characteristic white grape-like aroma of Nelson Sauvin, making it an easy-to-drink beer perfect for watching rugby. Give it a try!
