Release of limited edition "Far Yeast WESTBOUND Session IPA 2nd"
Far Yeast Brewing Co., Ltd. will release "Far Yeast WESTBOUND Session IPA 2nd," a limited edition brew of the craft beer brand "Far Yeast," as the second collaboration beer with BEERSONIC (Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture).
"Far Yeast WESTBOUND Session IPA 2nd" is the second in Far Yeast's new collaboration beer, created in collaboration with "BEERSONIC," an indie liquor store in Fukuoka Prefecture that connects craft beer with various cultures, with the theme of "hoppy flavor."
While retaining the white grape-inspired "Nelson Sauvin" flavor characteristic of the previous release, this second release adds the new "Jarrylo," reminiscent of pear and banana. This session IPA features a rich aroma that highlights the individuality of these two hops, and a refreshing, pleasant bitterness.

"Building on the huge success of WESTBOUND, which was created with the adventurous Fukahori-san, we have now taken on a new challenge: creating WESTBOUND 2. While keeping the base of Nelson Sauvin, we have added the new hop Jarrylo to WESTBOUND 2. As a brewer, I am very excited to see what aromas this beer will produce."This product will be available in two varieties: kegs and bottles. Both kegs and bottles will be available nationwide from Friday, October 26th. A tap-opening event will be held at BEERSONIC on Friday, October 26th, and at Little Honey Daimyo and STEREO COFFEE on Saturday, October 27th.
