Limited edition brew "Far Yeast Nightcrawler" released

The limited edition North East IPA (NEIPA) "Far Yeast Nightcrawler" will be released on Friday, January 19, 2018. "Far Yeast Nightcrawler" is a limited edition product of the craft beer brand "Far Yeast," developed in collaboration with the craft beer magazine TRANSPORTER.

"Far Yeast Nightcrawler" is a limited edition product produced by Transporter, inspired by the sleepless city of Tokyo, a city filled with lights even at night and bustling with people. By using "Mosaic Hops" for dry hopping, we have created a bitter and sweet tropical IPA.

The product will be available in two varieties: kegs and bottles. It will be first released at 49 stores nationwide from Wednesday, January 17th. The kegs will then be available nationwide from Friday, January 19th, and the bottles will be available from late January.

"I came across a hazy North East Style IPA (similar to nigori sake) during a three-week trip to the US. I couldn't forget the unique taste, which combined just the right amount of hop bitterness with a strong hop sweetness, so at Far Yeast Brewing we decided to create an original hazy IPA recipe that only a Japanese person could pull off. I think the result is not the same as the American version, but a hazy IPA influenced by America. Freshness is key with this IPA! The sooner you drink it, the sweeter the taste, and the longer it sits, the stronger the bitterness becomes. This cloudy beer is unique, so please give it a try! In fact, you absolutely must try it!"

*North East IPA is a new IPA style that originated in the New England region of the United States (six northeastern states, including Massachusetts, with Boston as its capital city). In contrast to the traditionally popular West Coast IPA, this style is gaining attention as it was born on the East Coast.
It has a cloudy appearance, gold to orange in color, and is characterized by an intense hop aroma and flavor reminiscent of mango, orange, and pine.
It is commonly called a New England IPA, but is also sometimes called a Northeast IPA or Hazy IPA.
