Tokyo Blonde [12th Edition]

Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, with a hop aroma reminiscent of white grapes and lychee.

ABV: 5.0% IBU: 35 Style: Light Lager Specifications: 330ml bottle / 15L stainless steel barrel Release date: Early June 2016

Brewer's Note

Nelson Sauvin was used for dry hopping. (This is the first time in a year and a half since the 6th edition (released in February 2015)) You can enjoy the unique aroma of white grapes and lychees and the refreshing bitterness.

Tokyo White [10th Edition]

Dry hopped with Citra, a refreshing hop aroma and bitterness, balanced with yeast-derived acidity.

ABV: 5.0% IBU: 18 Style: Saison Specifications: 330ml bottle / 15L stainless steel barrel Release date: Early June 2016

Brewer's Note

Citra is used for dry hopping. (This is the first time in six months since the 8th edition (released in January 2016)) The result is a clean, refreshing taste with a good balance of the gorgeous hop aroma and bitterness and the acidity from the saison yeast.
