Tokyo Blonde [11th Edition]

Dry-hopped with Cascade Centennial, this beer has a powerful flavor dominated by citrus hop aromas.

Dry-hopped with Cascade and Centennial, this beer has a stronger flavor than the previous version [10th Edition], which was single-hopped with Cascade.

Tokyo White [9th Edition]

Dry-hopped with Cascade Centennial, this saison is drier and crisper.

Brewer's Note

This beer is dry-hopped with two varieties: Cascade and Centennial. Compared to the previous version (8th edition), which was single-hopped with Cascade, this one has a lower sugar content and is significantly drier. It has a full-bodied flavor. The hops used are the same as Tokyo Blonde.
