Far Yeast will be available at "Carneya Takayama Isami x Kumiko - Aged Beef x Thai Cuisine + Craft Beer Sunday" to be held at Jimbocho LAB and Kitchen on Sunday, February 28th, 2016!
Speaking of aged beef, this event is a one-day collaboration between Chef Isami Takayama of Carneya and Thai cuisine expert Kumiko Abe. Chef Takayama will grill aged beef and other delicious meats on the spot, and Kumiko will prepare them into Thai dishes. Of course, Chef Takayama's aged beef steaks will also be available.
Drinks include our craft beer as well as wine that pairs well with the meat.
