Citra is used for dry hopping. (This is the first time in six months since the 8th edition (released in January 2016)) The result is a clean, refreshing taste with a good balance of the gorgeous hop aroma and bitterness and the acidity from the saison yeast.Tokyo White [9th Edition]
Dry-hopped with Cascade and Centennial, this saison is drier and crisper.

This beer is dry-hopped with two varieties: Cascade and Centennial. Compared to the previous version (8th edition), which was single-hopped with Cascade, this one has a lower sugar content and is significantly drier. It has a full-bodied flavor. The hops used are the same as Tokyo Blonde.Tokyo White [8th Edition]
Dry hopped with Citra and Cascade, the ester and citrus hop aromas are in harmony.
