Thanks to your generous support, Far Yeast was launched in April and has been extremely well-received, with an increasing number of restaurants and retailers stocking it. Thank you very much. Until now, Far Yeast has only been available in the Tokyo metropolitan area, but in response to popular demand, we have expanded our distribution area nationwide. From now on, you will be able to enjoy it outside of the Tokyo metropolitan area as well. We hope you will enjoy it. Tokyo Blonde is currently shipping its third edition. It incorporates dry hopping for an even richer aroma. Tokyo White is currently shipping its second edition, and by adjusting the brewing temperature, it has been made into a beer that allows you to enjoy the aroma of French Saison yeast even more. We will continue to evolve our recipes in the hopes of creating even more delicious beers. We hope you enjoy the differences in taste between each version.
