Off Trail HELL FLAMES/最長22ヶ月熟成のインペリアルスタウト!

Off Trail Hell Flames: Imperial stout aged for up to 22 months!

Far Yeast Brewing (Headquarters: Kosuge Village, Yamanashi Prefecture; CEO: Shiro Yamada; hereinafter referred to as "Our Company") will be selling a limited edition "Off Trail HELL FLAMES" from its "Off Trail" brand, which challenges itself to brew innovative beers, starting Wednesday, April 23, 2025.

■The concept is a high-alcohol, sweet, pastry-like imperial stout.

■BrewDog Roppongi × Far Yeast Brewing collaboration!
BrewDog Roppongi is the Japanese flagship store of BrewDog, a global craft beer brand from Scotland. Off Trail has teamed up with BrewDog Roppongi to create a special collaborative beer.

The beer was aged for 11 months in wine oak barrels, then transferred to barbecue barrels for a further 11 months, and the BrewDog Roppongi team was then invited to the brewery to decide on the blend.

■Taste: The base beer's chocolate, vanilla, whiskey, woody, and berry characters are topped with banana and roasted peanuts, which add nuances of "chocolate banana" and "crunchy peanut," resulting in a pastry-like Imperial Stout that you won't get tired of drinking.
This product is a collaboration with BrewDog Roppongi in Roppongi.

"Off Trail HELL FLAMES" will begin shipping to beer bars, restaurants, and liquor stores nationwide from Friday, May 2nd, and will be available on the Far Yeast Brewing official online store from Thursday, May 8th.

[What is Off Trail?]
Launched in November 2019 as a follow-up to the two brands "KAGUA" and "Far Yeast," "Off Trail" is a brand that explores new possibilities in craft beer. Its name comes from the image of forging ahead on unpaved roads, setting itself apart from well-paved roads. The beer is brewed using the barrel-aging method, whereby beer is aged in barrels previously used for wine, sake, and whiskey, in order to develop rich and complex aromas by utilizing microorganisms other than brewer's yeast. The brand explores unique flavors by blending seasonal fruits such as grapes and peaches, as well as regional specialties, to match the characteristics of the base beer.
