Far Yeast IGNITION: A hazy IPA with aromas and flavors of grapefruit, peach, and passion fruit!

Far Yeast Brewing will be selling a limited edition hazy IPA called "Far Yeast IGNITION" from Tuesday, January 21, 2025. The beer primarily uses New Zealand hops and boasts aromas and flavors of grapefruit, peach, and passion fruit.

■The "IGNITION" series begins, taking on Hazy IPA in earnest Our company produces many beers characterized by their dry and refreshing taste, but in 2025 we are taking a fresh, more direct approach to Hazy IPA, a classic style of craft beer, and will be releasing the Hazy IPA "IGNITION" as our first limited edition brew of 2025.

The taste is characterized by aromas and flavors of grapefruit, peach, and passion fruit, as well as the spicy dank of New Zealand hops such as Riwaka, Nectaron, and Nelson Sauvin. The mouthfeel is juicy, while the finish is dry and refreshing.

This Hazy IPA uses the largest amount of hops in our history, including the use of the hop extract "Dynaboost" for the first time. We focused on eliminating the harshness and bitterness that are often associated with hops, and instead focused on bringing out the positive aspects, such as fruitiness and a dank taste.

"IGNITION" is positioned as a companion series to the "Trigger" series, which we have been brewing since 2023 and which takes on the classic West Coast IPA. While retaining the same worldview as the packaging, we have created an illustration that is incredibly bright and dynamic, evoking the explosion of the eye-opening hop flavor that is unique to "Hazy IPA."

"Far Yeast IGNITION" will be available for purchase in limited quantities on the Far Yeast Brewing official web store from 12:00 on Tuesday, January 21st, and will be available at beer bars, restaurants, and liquor stores nationwide from Wednesday, January 22nd. Purchases made on the web store will begin shipping sequentially from Tuesday, January 28th.
