The "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT" is a project launched at the end of 2019 by a group of craft beer-loving professionals from various fields, including brewers, fashion, graphic designers, and architectural designers. Based on the concept of "Craft Beer x Creativity x Entertainment," the project consistently releases original and playful products such as "Hotcake Hazy IPA," "Apple Pie Hazy IPA," and "Melon Milkshake IPA."
This latest release is a sweet and creamy Milk Shake IPA, made with plenty of mango and pineapple puree, making its first appearance in a long time in the "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT" series. The tropical fruitiness of mango is prominent, while Citra hops add a refreshing citrus aroma. The aroma of lactose and a hint of vanilla creates a creamy sweetness and thickness reminiscent of roll cake, resulting in a sweet taste.
