In November, we opened "TAKAHIRO RAMEN x Far Yeast Osaka," our first store in the Kansai region. We hope to create a place where craft beer fans can communicate directly with breweries, and with each other, and to work together with everyone to liven up the craft beer scene.

As we think about how to end the year, we would like to announce that we will be opening our New Year's beer in 2023!

Starting from the opening day of the New Year in 2023, all directly managed stores in Japan, including "Far Yeast Tokyo Brewery & Grill" in Gotanda, Tokyo, "Yakiniku & Craft Beer Den" in Atami, Shizuoka , "TAKAHIRO RAMEN × Far Yeast Osaka" in Osaka, and "BEER HOLIC Far Yeast FUKUOKA" in Fukuoka, will be opening bottles of the New Year's beer "Hatsuyume Mikan Ale," which is only available at directly managed stores.

"Hatsuyume Mikan Ale" is the first beer brewed at Far Yeast Brewing Tokyo Brewery, located next to "Far Yeast Tokyo Brewery & Grill," and is a New Year's beer. It is an American wheat ale inspired by Mt. Fuji and mandarin oranges, which are reminiscent of "The Japanese New Year."
During the brewing process, the hop "Amarillo," which has a distinctive orange-like aroma, and dried mandarin peel, a type of medicinal herb also used in New Year's drinks, are added.
This drinkable and auspicious beer has a soft sweetness and acidity derived from wheat and mandarin oranges, and a clean, refreshing taste.

In addition, if you order this "Hatsuyume Mikan Ale," we will be holding a New Year's fortune-telling event at three stores in Gotanda, Osaka, and Fukuoka, where you can draw a fortune and win goods and special gifts.

"Hatsuyume Mikan Ale" will be available at all stores from the first day of business in the new year, and will be sold until it is filled.

■Yakiniku & Craft Beer Den <br>Open throughout the New Year holidays. *Closed on December 27th (Tue), 28th (Wed), January 5th (Thu), and 6th (Fri)

■TAKAHIRO RAMEN × Far Yeast Osaka
