Far Yeast Brewing will release the 11th installment of the "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT," "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT Virtual Reality DDH West Coast IPA" and "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT Virtual Reality TDH West Coast IPA" (hereinafter referred to as "Virtual Reality"), on Thursday, June 30, 2022.

　

The "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT" is a project launched at the end of 2019 by a group of craft beer-loving professionals from various fields, including brewers, fashion, graphic designers, and architectural designers . Based on the concept of "Craft Beer x Creativity x Entertainment," the project has released a series of original, edgy products, such as "Hotcake Hazy IPA," "DAB CBD Hazy IPA," and "Cherry Tart Milkshake IPA." This season, the project aims to deliver even more surprises and excitement to the most curious beer geeks.

This 11th installment takes on the classic West Coast IPA, which has become popular again in recent years, and reimagines it in the NIGHT WATH PROJECT style, with a recipe that matches current trends.
These two beers are crafted using a base beer generously made with Cascade, Idaho 7, Centennial, and Cryo Pops® , a hop product developed by Yakima Chief Hops® , and are brewed using a DDH (double dry hopping)/TDH (triple dry hopping) method, significantly increasing the amount of dry hopping. Leveraging the knowledge gained from our new flagship beer "Hop Frontier" and our latest recipes to maximize aroma, we've pursued hop selection and timing, doubling the citrus aromas derived from the hops while reducing bitterness, resulting in a smooth, dry finish that's characteristic of Far Yeast. This product is recommended for those who don't like overly bitter beers, and those who don't like overly sweet beers.

The DDH version is made by adding CRYO amarillo to the base beer, giving it a grapefruit-like aroma.

The TDH version adds CRYO Citra to the DDH version, giving off an explosive orange-like aroma.
