Far Yeast Brewing's first Hazy IPA, a reissue of "Nightcrawler North East IPA," will be released on Thursday, December 23rd.

Far Yeast Brewing will release "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT #8 Nightcrawler North East IPA," a revival of "Far Yeast Nightcrawler" released in 2018, as the eighth installment of the "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT" on Thursday, December 23rd.

The "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT" is a project launched at the end of 2019 by a group of craft beer-loving professionals from various fields, including brewers, fashion, graphic designers, and architectural designers.
The eighth installment, "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT #8 Nightcrawler North East IPA," is a reissue of "Far Yeast Nightcrawler," which was developed in collaboration with craft beer magazine TRANSPORTER and released in 2018, and placed 5th in the IPA category at the JAPAN BREWERS CUP 2018.
Far Yeast Nightcrawler was Far Yeast Brewing's first ever Hazy IPA, a hit that sold out all bottles on the first day of shipping. Now, more than three years later, this new release relies on double dry hopping and biotransformation to extract the full fruitiness of the hops. Utilizing the results of continuous research and improvements to their brewing techniques, this new release is of even higher quality and more aromatic than the original.
This hazy IPA has a crisp, bitter taste and hop aromas of stone fruit, tropical fruit, and citrus derived from Mosaic and Citrus hops.

This is a chemical reaction that occurs during fermentation when yeast reacts with hop extracts, resulting in the production of new aroma compounds that cannot be produced by hops alone .

"NIGHT WATCH PROJECT #8 Nightcrawler North East IPA" will be available nationwide from Thursday, December 23rd. Pre-orders will begin on our online store from 1:00 PM on Tuesday, December 21st (shipments will begin sequentially from Wednesday, December 22nd).
Due to the nature of the style, the hop flavor deteriorates quickly, so we recommend consuming it as soon as possible, even if it is within the expiration date.
