Far Yeast Tokyo White, Far Yeast Tokyo Blonde, and Far Yeast Tokyo IPA now available in Indonesia

Far Yeast Brewing Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kosuge Village, Yamanashi Prefecture / CEO: Shiro Yamada) began selling its own brand beers, "Far Yeast Tokyo White," "Far Yeast Tokyo Blonde," and "Far Yeast Tokyo IPA," in Indonesia from September 1, 2021.

Jakarta, Indonesia's capital, is one of the world's leading urban economic zones, with a surrounding urban population of over 30 million. Jakarta is home to many expatriates, including Japanese nationals, as well as people with experience studying abroad. A new craft beer community is emerging in Jakarta, and a diverse range of craft beers are gaining popularity. Furthermore, the city boasts world-class tourist destinations, including Bali, which ranked among the top 20 global destinations in 2019. Craft beer is enjoyed primarily by international visitors. Total beer consumption in Jakarta and Bali accounts for approximately 70% of Indonesia's total. Far Yeast Brewing has signed a distribution agreement with Beervana International, a local partner with sales offices in Jakarta and Bali. Far Yeast Tokyo White, Far Yeast Tokyo Blonde, and Far Yeast Tokyo IPA will begin distribution in Indonesia in September 2021.

In Indonesia, there are many beer fans who desire Japanese craft beer, but due to the complicated alcohol import registration procedures, only a few brands are currently available for sale. We look forward to being able to deliver Far Yeast Brewing products to many people in Indonesia through Beervana International's extensive sales network.
