On Saturday, February 29th, Far Yeast Brewing's yakiniku restaurant "Yakiniku & Craft Beer Den" will be hosting a special event, "Let's Eat Our Finest Wagyu Ozaki Beef in Atami," where you can enjoy all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat craft beer and the finest Wagyu beef, Ozaki Beef, as a token of our appreciation. This time, we will be collaborating with Mr. Fujima (https://www.himonoya-fujima.jp/) , known as a hyper-dried fish creator.

"Yakiniku & Craft Beer Den" opened in May last year as a restaurant where you can enjoy our craft beers, including "Far Yeast" and "KAGUA," as well as yakiniku made from the legendary Ozaki beef, raised in Miyazaki Prefecture by Mr. Muneharu Ozaki.

At this event, you can enjoy Ozaki beef, known for its juicy, flavorful, tender red meat, which is constantly being ordered not only in Japan but also from around the world, including three-star restaurants in Paris, where it has been renowned, along with craft beer. We will also be offering limited edition craft beers that have just been released.

This time, we will also be introducing delicious dried fish from Yoshitaka Fujima, who has been gaining attention from the media as a hyper-dried fish creator. Dried fish made from carefully selected fish that are carefully sun-dried are the perfect match for craft beer!

Solo participants are also welcome! All our staff look forward to your participation.
