"Saigon Passion," a sour ale made with plenty of passion fruit, is back this year! Limited release from late December

Far Yeast Brewing has re-brewed "Saigon Passion," a collaboration beer with Ho Chi Minh City brewery "Heart of Darkness," which was released in July of last year, due to its popularity, and will be releasing it in late December.

"Saigon Passion" is a sour ale made with fresh passion fruit from Vietnam. It uses three types of hops: Amarillo, Mosaic, and Citra, but by using less hops than usual, the passion fruit aroma is more pronounced. You can enjoy the vivid passion fruit aroma and refreshing acidity.

This time, we have re-brewed this product due to popular demand. Please enjoy this flavor that has returned after a year!

About "Heart of Darkness"

This craft beer maker began brewing in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in October 2016. They produce over 170 different styles, including nine standard beers. They also won two awards at Rate Beer 2018, winning both the "Top Brewer" and "Best New Brewer" awards, making them one of Vietnam's hottest breweries.
