The supermarket "Life" will be releasing its original beer , "SINGLE CUT Wheat Session IPA," on August 2, 2019.
This product is a session IPA-style beer that is perfect for summer, with a vibrant hop aroma and soft taste.
The bittering hops are a blend of Columbus and Cascade. The aroma hops are primarily Mosaic, with Comet added during the dry hopping process to give off a more citrus aroma. With a low alcohol content and a fruity wheat flavor, this beer is light enough to be enjoyed even by those who don't usually like beer.
This recipe is inspired by our spring/summer limited edition "Far Yeast FINAL CUT Session Ale." While "FINAL CUT" is characterized by its sharp bitterness, powerful hop aroma, and refreshing taste, "SINGLE CUT" has a gorgeous aroma and a light finish, making it a versatile beer that can be enjoyed with food.
Starting with the Life Kawasaki LeFron store which opened on August 2, 2019, it will be available for purchase exclusively at select Life stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
