Limited edition "Far Yeast DAIDARABOT" released
Share
Starting on Thursday, June 13th, we will be releasing a limited edition craft beer called "Far Yeast DAIDARABOT," a collaboration beer with Gigantic Brewing Company in Portland, USA.
"Far Yeast DAIDARABOT" is a Juicy Saison that combines elements of Far Yeast Brewing's specialty Saison and Gigantic Brewing Company's specialty IPA, resulting in a juicy hop flavor. The yeast used is "French Sasion," which is used in "Tokyo White," the flagship beer of the "Far Yeast" series, and the hops are "Crystal," a flavorful Oregon hop that is also used in Gigantic Brewing Company's standard product "IPA."
[Origin of product name and label]
The name "DAIDARABOT" is a combination of "Daidarabocchi," the general name for giant legends passed down throughout Japan, and the "robot" that appears in Gigantic Brewing Company's designs. The label depicts the robot "Ginormo," designed by Gigantic Brewing Company, landing as Daidarabocchi at the Genryu Brewery in Kosuge Village, Yamanashi Prefecture.
This product will be available in two varieties: kegs and bottles. Both kegs and bottles will be available nationwide from Thursday, June 13th. It will be pre-opened at "Hood To Fuji," which will be held at Spring Valley Brewery Tokyo from Saturday, June 8th to Sunday, June 9th.
We will continue to introduce new items such as limited edition brews, and aim to provide products that will please many people in a variety of everyday situations.
