Limited edition "Far Yeast NE Resolution IPA" released
Starting Saturday, January 19, 2019, craft beer brand Far Yeast will be releasing its limited edition brew , Far Yeast NE Resolution IPA .
The name "Far Yeast NE Resolution IPA" is a play on words between "New Year's Resolution" and "NE," as it will be released in January, and expresses the hope that "Far Yeast Brewing will take on new challenges and difficult problems in 2019, and solve and achieve them."
"Far Yeast NE Resolution IPA" is a Juicy IPA style beer. This style places particular emphasis on freshness, as evidenced by the large number of people who lined up at the brewery to try the freshest beer possible.

"Happy New Year! Thank you for your continued patronage of Far Yeast Brewing beer. It has been a year and a half since our company's Genryu Brewery began operations. Looking back from the start to the present, 2017 was a year of experimenting with new equipment and manufacturing. Starting with Nightcrawler, 2018 was a year of trying out various beer styles, including sours, fruit beers, and Brut IPAs. Through these experiences, I feel like I have come to understand many of the challenges and goals Far Yeast Brewing is striving for. We believe that 2019 will be a year of application and development that leverages this experience, and a year of striving for further evolution. We have brewed NE Resolution IPA, incorporating these New Year's resolutions and aspirations into our beer. We hope you will continue to enjoy Far Yeast Brewing's beer this year. NE Resolution IPA uses a large amount of American hops, focusing on the juicy flavor of hops, especially peach and pineapple. Enjoy the rich mouthfeel and hop flavor.The product will be available in two types: kegs and bottles. The kegs will be released first on Thursday, January 10th at 11 stores in Tokyo, Osaka, and Yamanashi. The kegs will then be available nationwide on Saturday, January 19th, and the bottles will be available from late January.

*Juicy IPA / Hazy IPA: This is a new IPA style that originated in the New England region of the United States (six northeastern states, including Massachusetts, with Boston as its capital city). It is commonly called New England IPA (New England = NE) after its birthplace, but the 2018 BA Beer Style Guidelines officially defined it as "Juicy or Hazy India Pale Ale." As the name suggests, this style focuses on bringing out the "juicy, tropical aroma" of hops. While the name "Hazy IPA" suggests a cloudy appearance, it is not intentionally cloudy. Some beers are cloudy as a result of maximizing the hop aroma and flavor and pursuing a soft mouthfeel. This style of beer is one in which freshness is particularly important, as evidenced by the large number of people who lined up at the brewery in an attempt to taste the freshest beer possible.
