Second batch of limited edition "Far Yeast Nightcrawler" released
Starting Tuesday, April 24, 2018, we will be releasing a limited quantity second batch of our limited edition North East IPA (NEIPA) "Far Yeast Nightcrawler."
"Far Yeast Nightcrawler" is a limited edition product from the craft beer brand "Far Yeast," developed in collaboration with craft beer magazine TRANSPORTER, inspired by the image of "Tokyo, a city that never sleeps, overflowing with light even at night and bustling with people."
<Recipe changes from the previous brewing (first batch)>
1) Change in hop varieties used
Last time, we mainly used "Mosaic," which has a tropical scent, but this time we increased the proportion of "Citra," which has a citrus scent, and the combination of "Mosaic" and "Citra" has evolved into a juicy flavor.2) Use lupulin pellets (lupulin powder)
This time, we used Mosaic and Citra lupulin pellets for dry hopping, which resulted in a cleaner hop flavor with less harshness, making it even juicier than the previous beer. In addition, by using lupulin pellets (lupulin powder), both the bottled and keg products are less cloudy than the previous brewing (first batch).
If you want to enjoy a hazy appearance, try the following method when consuming it.
Barrel: Once it arrives at the store, it is stored upside down until it is served.
Bottle: Before opening, slowly turn the bottle upside down or shake gently to prevent overflow.

The product will be available in two varieties: kegs and bottles. Both kegs and bottles will be available nationwide from Tuesday, April 24th.

*North East IPA is a new IPA style that originated in the New England region of the United States (six northeastern states, including Massachusetts, with Boston as its capital city). In contrast to the traditionally popular West Coast IPA, this style is gaining attention as it was born on the East Coast.
It has a cloudy appearance, gold to orange in color, and is characterized by an intense hop aroma and flavor reminiscent of mango, orange, and pine.
It is commonly called a New England IPA, but is also sometimes called a Northeast IPA or Hazy IPA.
*The hop flavor of the North East IPA style loses its vigor quickly, so we recommend consuming it as soon as possible, even if it is within the expiration date.
