Burger Mania 10th Anniversary Commemorative Beer Released at Each Store!

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the famous gourmet burger restaurant Burger Mania , Far Yeast Brewing has created an original beer that will be on sale at each of its three stores from March 3rd.

Burger Mania, an American craft hamburger shop, opened its first store in Shirokane in 2008. It then opened a second store in Hiroo in 2011 and a third store in Ebisu in 2014. Both the Shirokane and Ebisu stores celebrate their anniversaries on March 3rd, with the Shirokane store celebrating its 10th anniversary and the Ebisu store celebrating its 4th anniversary on March 3rd, 2018.

Far Yeast Brewing collaborated with Burger Mania to brew original beers using yuzu as a flavoring for each of the three stores to commemorate their anniversaries.

"We asked Far Yeast Brewing, a company that has been influenced by overseas influences but has interpreted them in its own way and is pursuing the ideal form of Japanese beer, to create a beer to commemorate our 10th anniversary. The hamburgers, made with domestic ingredients and natural yeast, are influenced by America, but they also have something in common with our Tokyo burger offerings. Just as we want to add color to the streets of Tokyo with our hamburgers, we strongly sympathize with the idea of ​​creating a Tokyo atmosphere with craft beer, and so we chose yuzu, a citrus fruit that represents Japan, to flavor our commemorative beer.
