"Far Yeast FINAL CUT Session Ale," brewed at Genryu Brewery, is now available as a standard product.

Starting in mid-July 2017, we will begin selling "FINAL CUT Session Ale," a collaboration beer with TRANSPORTER BEER MAGAZINE, as a standard product brewed at Genryu Brewery.

"FINAL CUT Session Ale" is a collaboration beer between Far Yeast Brewing and TRANSPORTER's Tajima, which was released as a limited edition in the fall of 2016.
This time, we revised the recipe for the limited edition brew and reborn it as a standard Far Yeast product, brewed at our own factory, Genryu Brewery. We continue to use Mosaic hops as the main ingredient, bringing out the sharp bitterness, while keeping the alcohol content low, resulting in a refreshing beer that you can gulp down over and over again.

This product will be available in two varieties: barrels and bottles.
It will also be available for purchase on the official store page soon.

We will continue to introduce new items such as limited edition brews, and aim to provide products that will please many people in a variety of everyday situations.

*Session ale is a beer style that retains the vibrant hop aroma, bitterness, and crispness of popular existing beer styles such as IPA, but with a lower alcohol content, making it sessionable and easy to gulp down even during long sessions (drinking parties) without getting tired.

*FINAL CUT is a movie term meaning the final edited version, and was named to evoke the excitement of filmmakers at a movie premiere and the elation of brewers creating a new beer. Be sure to enjoy the FINAL CUT session ale before you miss out.
