Far Yeast Tokyo Blonde Export Launching in Switzerland

TOKYO, Japan – July 28, 2016 – Far Yeast Brewing Co. (FYB) is pleased to announce plans to expand its offerings in Switzerland with the launch of Far Yeast Tokyo Blonde Export in the country.

Brewed by FYB specifically for the global market, Far Yeast Tokyo Blonde Export is currently available in two countries as well as its home country of Japan. From September this year, that number will increase further with the addition of Switzerland, one of most exciting markets for craft beer in all of Europe.

Far Yeast Brewing Continues Expansion

– February 9, 2016 – Far Yeast Brewing Company (FYB) is pleased to announce that it will soon be adding Israel to the growing list of countries where its original craft beer Kagua is available. At the same time, the Japan­based brewery is planning to expand its offerings in Hong Kong with the launch of Far Yeast Tokyo Blonde Export in the country.

Including both the Kagua and Far Yeast brands, products produced by FYB are already available in 10 countries around the world in addition to its home country of Japan. And with the expected launch date of February 2016, it will increase that number further with the addition of Israel.

【News Release】限定醸造ビール「Far Yeast First Ascent IPA」発売 9/26クライミングジムでリリースイベントを開催

日本クラフトビール株式会社（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役：山田司朗）は2015年9月26日（土）、クラフトビールブランド「Far Yeast」より限定醸造品、「First Ascent IPA」（ファーストアセント アイピーエー）を発売します。

Far Yeastシリーズではこれまで、「ベルジャンIPA」のスタイルを限定ビールとしてリリースしてきましたが、今回の「First Ascent IPA」は、ホップのアロマとフレーバーを前面に押し出した、爽快な「アメリカンIPA」スタイルになります。メインのアロマホップには日本ではまだ珍しいニュージーランド産の“ワイミヤ”品種を使用し、オリジナリティ溢れる新しいタイプのIPAに仕上がる予定です。

商品名の「First Ascent」（ファーストアセント）は、日本語で「初登」の意で、クライミングや登山において、誰も登っていないルートを初めて登ることを意味します。前人未到の領域にチャレンジし、困難を乗り越えて成し遂げるイメージを、爽快かつ苦味の効いたIPAスタイルに重ね合わせました。

8/16(日) 目黒リパブリックの「ビールの会」に日本クラフトビール「Far Yeast」が登場！

8月16日(日)に、目黒の「目黒リパブリック」にて開催される「ビールの会」にて、Far Yeast全4種が樽生で楽しめるイベントが開催されます。

毎月1回テーマを決めて開催されている目黒リパブリックの「ビールの会」、今回は弊社「日本クラフトビール」を取り上げていただきました。ビールの解説に加え、Far Yeastシリーズが定番樽も限定樽も、飲み放題で楽しんでいただけるイベントです。

飲み放題とフード付き（夏なので、「屋台風」お料理が用意されるとのこと！）で、5,000円/1人の会費制のイベントです。ご参加ご希望の方は、目黒リパブリックまでお問い合わせください！

「Far Yeast」東京ブロンドがビアフェス名古屋2015にて名古屋市長賞を受賞しました.

「Far Yeast」東京ブロンドが、2015年8月10日（日）、ジャパン・ビアフェスティバル名古屋2015において、「名古屋市長賞」を受賞しました。

同賞は「アジア・ビアカップ2015」の入賞ビールを対象に、来場者による投票の結果決定※するもので、「Far Yeast」東京ブロンド（第7版）は「アジア・ビアカップ2015」において、フリースタイル・「Bottle/Can」部門金賞を受賞しております。

※（注）当初”来場者による投票の結果とさらにクラフトビア・アソシエーション認定マスター・ビアジャッジ、シニア・ビアジャッジによる審査により選出される最優秀ビールに与えられるもの”と記載していましたが、正しくは来場者による投票により決定されるもので、訂正いたしました。（2015/8/11)

醸造ごとにレシピを調整していくことで味わいを進化させている「Far Yeast」は、先月第7版がビアフェス大阪2015大阪府知事賞を受賞しました。今回はそれに続く第8版での受賞となります。ビール愛好家のみなさまのお声とご支援を励みに、ますますおいしいビールをお届けすべく、これからも進化を続けていきます。

Far Yeast 東京ブロンドは現在第9版を仕込んでいます。これまではホップをかなり限定してシングルホップなどで醸造していましたが、第9版ではNZ産の比較的新しいホップラカウや、アメリカで人気のブレンドホップ「ファルコナーズ・フライト・セブンシーズ」を取り入れてブレンドに挑戦しています。どうぞお楽しみに。
